JAXA Will Show Off Latest Space Technology At IAC 2024

JAKARTA The Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) will be present at the 2024 International Astronautical Congress (IAC). This annual space conference will be held on October 14 in Milan, Italy.

During the event, JAXA will join as participants. The space agency will showcase the latest space technology and, "contributing to promoting the company's network (Japan who is also present)."

According to JAXA, IAC is the right means to advance the future of space. Therefore, JAXA will interact with many parties, ranging from workers in the space industry, government officials, researchers, to space experts at the event.

JAXA will be present with ten Japanese private companies in IAC 2024, namely Axelspace, Interstellar Technologies, Kawasaki Heavy Industries, and others. These ten companies will set up booths to showcase the various technologies they have developed.

In addition, there are also eight private companies that will show off JAXA in logo form. Some of these companies include AstroX, Letara, Pale Blue, Space BD, Toyota Motor Corporation, Bridgestone, Chiyoda, and ElevationSpace.

IAC is the largest space conference held since 1950. The event, which is held every fall, will be attended by space organizations, companies, universities, and many more.

This year, the IAC will be held for four days until Friday, October 18. With 6,000 participants to attend, JAXA will make IAC a place to present space development plans and research results from state academics and institutions.
