Indosat Ooredoo Encourages Indonesia's Banking Digital Transformation Through Banking AI Day

Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison reiterated his commitment to supporting the development of artificial intelligence (AI) sovereign in Indonesia by presenting the "Banking AI Day" event, Monday 9 September at the Ritz Carlton Hotel, Jakarta.

This forum is designed to shape the future of the banking sector and financial services in Indonesia through AI-based innovation. This event also aims to inspire, involve, and encourage innovation, as well as position Indonesia as an important player in the global AI community.

"Banking AI Day" is a dynamic forum for leaders from various sectors, including government, industry stakeholders, and regulators, to explore AI's potential in revolutionizing banking.

Some of the important parties involved in this event are Bank Indonesia (BI), the Financial Services Authority (OJK), as well as a number of well-known financial institutions such as Bank Central Asia, Bank Mandiri, BNI, BRI, and BTN. They jointly explore AI's strategic role in increasing competitiveness and future readiness of the Indonesian financial sector.

This Forum highlights the importance of AI adoption in the banking sector and financial services, especially in increasing operational efficiency, strengthening data security, and accelerating technology implementation.

The use of AI is expected to bring customer experience to a higher level. By integrating AI into business processes, Indonesian financial institutions can maximize the growing potential of the digital economy, encourage national economic growth, and create safer and more efficient services.
