Here's How To Change User Name On Platform X

JAKARTA The username or username on platform X, formerly known as Twitter, is the identity of an account. Users usually choose names based on idols or objects they like, real names, pseudonyms, or aesthetic names.

If you are a user X from a long time ago, or from being still named Twitter, you may use a slightly out of date username. Fortunately, the username on X is not permanent so you can change it in the following way, quoted from How to Geek.

Change User Name From Website X

You can change your username via any browser, such as Chrome, Safari, or Firefox. Go to the website X.com, then log into the account you want to change its name. When the main page opens, click the More button in the left menu row.

Next, select Settings and Privacy, tap your Account menu, select Account Information, then enter the requested password. After that, click User Name and change it with a new name. Make sure the characters used are not more than 15 characters.

If you use the X app on your iPhone, Android phone, iPad, and other devices, you can go straight into the app and click on your profile photo in the upper left corner until a row of menus stored on the left side appears.

In the Settings and Support section, click Settings and Privacy, then select Account and enter the Account Information menu. Just like the stages on the website X, you just need to click on User Name and enter the new name you want.
