Kominfo Mandatory 18,000 PSE Signatures Of Anti-Judicial Integrity Pact Online

JAKARTA - Minister of Communication and Information Budi Arie Setiadi requires 18,000 providers of the electronic system (PSE) in the private scope to sign an online anti-judicial integrity pact.

Budi also said that the Ministry of Communication and Informatics had prepared an integrity pact to be completed and implemented. Because if not, the Minister of Communication and Information will revoke the PSE list.

"PSE pribadi must immediately complete the fulfillment of the integrity pact as soon as possible. Otherwise we will revoke the PSE registration sign," Budi said, quoting his statement on Wednesday, August 28.

This refers to Government Regulation Number 71 of 2019 concerning the Implementation of Electronic Systems and Transactions (PP 71/2019) and Regulation of the Minister of Communication and Information Technology Number 5 of 2020 concerning Private Scope Electronic System Operators (PM 5/2020), Private Scope Electronic System Operators (PSE Privacy) are required to register and ensure information security in accordance with statutory provisions.

Furthermore, based on PM 5/2020 Article 7, private PSE that does not register is given administrative sanctions in the form of termination of access to the Electronic System (access blocking).

Then, Article 9 states that private PSE is responsible for the implementation of Electronic Systems and Electronic Information Management and/or Electronic Documents in Electronic Systems reliably, safely, and responsibly.
