Furthermore, LinkAja in terms of risk management has also strengthened the existing process of Knowing Your Customer/Merchant (KYC/M), Customer Due Dilligent (CDD), and Enhance Due Dilligent (EDD) in an end-to-end manner, by increasing the ability of the document analysis process, identity, and the suitability of new customer/mechant application data.

LinkAja also continues to evaluate customer/mechant accounts, make incidental and/or periodic visits to high-risk merchants, be responsible for the implementation of KYC/KYM including in terms of, the use of VA and tiered cooperation, and carry out cyber patrol intensively on information on bank and non-bank accounts or QRIS merchants used in online gambling mobile sites or mobile applications that are still active.
