JAKARTA - Modern smartphones are now equipped with very sophisticated fast charging technology. Some devices already offer 120W charging that can charge up to 100% in less than half an hour. However, Realme will soon launch the world's fastest smartphone charging technology that is even much faster than that.

Realme has announced that it is introducing the world's fastest smartphone charging technology on August 8, 2024 in China. This technology will support up to 320W output and can charge up to 100% in just 4 minutes. Even though the full battery capacity in 4 minutes has not been disclosed, this speed remains very impressive.

Currently, the fastest charging smartphone takes about 15 minutes to charge the 4500mAh battery, while this latest technology only takes 4 minutes. This drastic reduction in charging time can be very useful, especially when you have to travel and find your device is running out of power.

There is no information yet whether Realme will launch this technology alongside a new device or just a technology exhibition. However, it is certain that we will soon have access to this fastest charging technology. Most likely, Realme will announce this new technology along with its newest smartphone in the coming months.
