Electric Car Owners In Jakarta Can Get Money This Way

Jakarta - The public's need for the use of private cars for transportation facilities that are comfortable and fast to the goal of becoming a basic need both in big cities such as Jakarta and in areas with tourism objects.

He explained that although currently the dominance of fossil fuel car (BBM) is still undeniable, gradually the penetration of various companies that have entered electric cars in Indonesia in recent times has varied.

"I think Wuling is Tesla's big enemy, but it turns out that its competitors such as BYD, or Ionic (Hyundai) are also quite popular with certain segments of society," he said.

Taufik sees the trend of the city's rental industry gradually leading to electric vehicles that are more efficient in fuel and environmentally friendly.

For this reason, he opened the door for partners who want to rent out their electric car on the Hyke Car Rental with the opportunity to get better money.

"We are one of the providers of car rental services that continues to grow, it's as if we are a liaison between customers and partners," he added.

Having at least 14 partners and 80 cars, it is explained that the Hyke Car Rental will continue to grow by providing rental services both with drivers and off-keys at competitive prices starting from Rp. 300 thousand to Rp. 2.5 million.

Since operating three months ago, the Hyke Car Rental, called Taufik, has received many customers from the age range of 25-34 years which has a proportion of 58 percent of all customers.

Meanwhile, the owner and founder of another Hyke Car Rental, Satori, said that customers who want to rent a car only need to show personal identity and an active source of income.

"All vehicles are guaranteed in prime condition and ready to be used by customers so that they do not experience engine problems on the way," said Satori.

In the future, Hyke Car Rental will also make an application so that customers can be more comfortable and safe in ordering rental cars. Not only that, the expansion of the business line will also continue to be pursued by the management.

"We will continue to strive to become the next level of car rental where in the future we will core our business can be expanded, such as travel, car wash, body painting and repair, spare parts and accessories," he concluded.
