JAKARTA - Imajin, one of the partners in the Sinar Mas Land Digital Hub ecosystem announced that it had signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Sepuluh November Institute of Technology (ITS).
Held during the Tech Link Summit 2024 event at the Digital Industry Center Building 4.0 Jakarta, this MoU signifies the cooperation between the two companies in the development of hardware and biotechnology.
"Collaboration between Imajin and ITS is a promising first step in creating technological innovation through research and development," said CEO & Co-founder Imajin Chendy Jaya in a statement on Monday, August 5.
By combining the power of Imajin in industry and research expertise from ITS, this collaboration is expected to encourage technological advances in Indonesia and increase global competitiveness.
As a step towards achieving this goal, Imajin established the Imajin Advanced Manufacturing Center (IAMC) equipped with advanced CNC 5-axis engines to produce complex products and support biomedical innovations.
Imajin hopes that this center can enable the manufacture of high-quality products, contribute to biomedical progress, and support local SME growth through high volume production and product development.
