After Successful In The First Game, THQ Nordic Will Release Wreckfest 2

JAKARTA - After the success of its first game, Bugbear Entertainment developer and THQ Nordic publisher have confirmed that they will launch a sequel to their best archipelago racing game, Wreckfest.

Announced on THQ Nordic Digital Showcase recently, this sequel will be titled Wreckfest 2, which is currently confirmed to be still in development.

Wreckfest 2 will be equipped with a physical engine that has been overhauled, and doubles the mechanics of its destruction. In addition, there is also a new customization mechanics that will allow players to create their dream car and then share it online.

This newly designed adjustment tool is very sophisticated, allowing you to create your dream car. Free your creativity and share your designs with other racers and spoilers online," THQ wrote in its blog.

Furthermore, you can also look forward to what is called a completely redesigned career mode, as well as features of new multi-players such as a new skill-based matching system, separate screen support, and server queues, as well as small challenges, limited-time tournament events, and much more.

Although Wreckfest 2 is in the development stage, publishers have argued that the game will be released for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. The release date has not been announced.
