JAKARTA Samsung launched many devices on Galaxy Unpacked. One of the devices they launched was the latest earbuds, namely Galaxy Buds 3 and Buds 3 Pro. Since its inception, this device has been ridiculed a lot because it looks very similar to AirPods and AirPods Pro. Previously, the Buds that Samsung launched were always round, but now the audio device has a stem. With the many accusations of plagiarizing the designs that Samsung received, Chairman of Samsung Electronics Jay Y. Lee is reportedly angry with this problem.

Lee even directly rebuked the mobile division that designed the Galaxy Buds 3 and Buds 3 Pro. Based on Aju News' report, reported via SamMobile, Lee ordered the mobile division at the Samsung Mobile Experiment (MX) to review its design. Samsung has also taken personal action against several executives. One source familiar with the issue said the company's internals were experiencing tensions, particularly the Samsung MX. The reason is, the Galaxy Buds 3 series was not only hit by plagiarization rumors, but also quality issues. "The (Lee) leadership itself intervened after controversy over Apple's design plagiarism and quality issues surrounding the Buds 3 and Galaxy Watch 7 series released last month. The current internal atmosphere is very bad."

Seri Galaxy Buds 3 pertama kali diluncurkan di Korea Selatan sebelum dipasarkan secara internasional.
