Pixel Watch 3 Leaks Expressing Google And Fitbit's Latest Features

The latest leak regarding the Pixel Watch 3 appears to have leaked all the features planned by Google and Fitbit. Pixel Watch 3 is rumored to have "Advanced Running Metrics," "Morning Brief" from Fitbit, and "Battery Saver" mode which can last up to 36 hours without charging.

Leaks from Android Headlines show Pixel Watch 3 promo images, which compare these devices with Pixel Watch 2. The image indicates that Pixel Watch 3 will have a 20% faster charging time for 41mm variants only. In addition, this smartwatch will reportedly display an Actua screen with a peak brightness of up to 2,000 nits, an increase from the AMOLED 1,000 nits screen in the 2023 version.

Google also appears to be increasing the battery with the "Battery Saver" mode which is expected to extend power by about 36 hours before it needs to be recharged. Leak further mentions that the device will have a battery that lasts 24 hours with the AOD (always-on display) feature enabled, overcoming weaknesses in Pixel Watch and Pixel Watch 2 that need to be charged at least once a day.

In addition, the image shows that Pixel Watch 3 will have "Advanced Running Metrics." This feature has not been explained in detail, however, there is a "Morning Brief" display that will provide a summary of the essential health and fitness metrics of Fitbits. This feature will also encourage users to increase or reduce activity according to their health conditions.

The "Cardio load" is thought to have been designed to monitor how hard the heart works during training to notify users if they overdo or achieve their best performance.

In addition, the publication mentions that the Pixel Watch 3 will allow users to view Nest Doorbell cameras connected from their devices. This idea is not new because Wear OS 3 devices can see snapshots from their doorbells. However, Google may take further steps and allow live feeds from Nest cameras or user doors from Pixel Watch 3.

With these features, the Pixel Watch 3 looks set to be a very sophisticated smart watch and help users maintain health and stay connected to their homes.
