Dewa_Kipas Is Recommended By Netizens To Win Against GM Irene Sukandar

JAKARTA - Ahead of the chess match between GM Irene Sukandar and Dewa Kipas. Deddy Corbuzier made a poll on his YouTube channel #CloseTheDoor, to find out who Indonesian netizens favor in this friendly match.

The plan is that the chess match between GM Irene Sukandar and Dewa_Kipas alias Dadang Subur will be held on Monday, at 15.00 western Indonesia time. The friendly match will be broadcasted via live streaming on Deddy Corbuzier's YouTube channel #CloseTheDoor.

"Who Gonna Win? Live This Monday…," wrote Deddy, on Sunday night, March 21.

According to VOI, the poll was followed by more than 357 thousand netizens. 79 percent of them promoted Dewa_Kipas, while the other 21 percent support was for GM Irene Sukandar.

"I'm not sure. Because I can't take sides either. But for sure this old man got lots of vibes... 357K votes... This is crazy," written in the Instagram caption @mastercorbuzier.

In this chess match, Deddy has prepared a total prize of Rp. 300 million. He mentioned that whoever wins, both Dewa_Kipas and GM Irene will get a prize.

For him, whatever the result, this match will make Indonesian people even more fond of chess. "Chess matches have never been more interesting in Indonesia, in my opinion."
