Strengthen Commitment In Indonesia, Salesforce Appoint Country Leader And Open New Office In Jakarta

JAKARTA - As a form of his commitment in Indonesia, Salesforce announced the appointment of Iman Muhammad as his first Country Leader in Indonesia, as well as the opening of a new office in Jakarta.

Thus, this step confirms the Salesforce's commitment to strengthen its leadership and operations in the Indonesian market after the launch of its entity in Indonesia in August 2023.

"The Momentum Salesforce in ASEAN continues to increase as we get closer to customers through new offices in Jakarta and the appointment of Iman Muhammad as Country Leader," said Sujith Abraham, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Salesforce ASEAN on Monday, July 22.

This new office, located in One Pacific Place, in Sudirman in Jakarta, will help the Salesforce team support Indonesian organizations better in their digital transformation journey, thus opening up more growth opportunities with CRM, AI, Data, and trust.

On the other hand, the appointment of Imam Muhammad, who has more than 30 years of experience in the technology industry, is expected to encourage the success of Salesforce customers and business growth in Indonesia.

Traces of Salesforce customers continue to grow, with Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, Eraspace, Lion Parcel, and United Tractors choosing Salesforce as trusted advisors on their digital transformation journey.

Salesforce supports the Indonesian local community through the Volunteer Time Off (VTO) program for its employees. This year, employees from all over the ASEAN region have donated more than 7,300 hours of voluntary work and donated more than US$110,000 (Rp1.78 billion) to local nonprofit organizations.
