JAKARTA Galaxy AI is one of the best innovations of Samsung because of some of the features in it. Launched along with the Galaxy S24 series, this technology brings features like Live Translate. Supported by Artificial Intelligence (AI), Live Translate can translate conversations in real-time. This feature only works in Samsung's default application, but the company plans to expand its features to third-party applications. The first application to be integrated with Live Translate is WhatsApp. Found for the first time by Ice Universe account on platform X, quoted from Android Police, the Meta messaging platform can be used for cross-language communication. It is not yet known when the Live Translate feature will be added to WhatsApp. It seems that users will not wait too long as Samsung will exhibit an upgraded Galaxy AI on the Galaxy Unpacked on July 10.

Once added to WhatsApp, other communication platforms such as Google Meet, Telegram, Facebook Messenger, to Signal will get Live Translate support as well. However, this information still has to be confirmed again. Samsung continues to improve security in the Live Translate feature since it was first released. This is necessary because Live Translate processes all data and calls locally so that the privacy and security of its features must be strengthened. When extended to third-party applications, Samsung must ensure that this feature is safe to use. The company also needs to improve its function to provide optimal translation results without any errors.
