JAKARTA - The Faculty of Engineering Unika Atma Jaya signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in collaboration with the development of educational content based on Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) or artificial intelligence, with PT. Nusantara Innovation, Ember Sdn Bhd, and Aku Teknik (Alumni Association of Atma Jaya Faculty of Engineering). The signing of the MOU was carried out at Campus 3 BSD Unika Atmajaya, BSD City, Tangerang, Banten, Friday (21/6).
"AI can help teaching more efficiently and remain effective. Not only for our teachers and students, but with this technology it can be useful for the general public in studying various topics independently. With this technology, people learn anywhere and anytime," said Djoko Setyanto, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering Unika Atma Jaya.
AI is an artificial intelligence system that allows a set of computer systems or other machines to think and work human-like. Creative AI is artificial intelligence that refers to the use of AI to create new content, such as text, images, music, audio, and videos.
Generative AI has deep learning, machine learning, and adaptive learning skills. With this technology, we can create virtual teachers who can provide students with interactive and personal learning. This AI-based learning model will change the way students learn in the future," explained Gunawan Zuardi, Director of Innovation Nusantara.
Collaboration and exploration of unique learning models with AI technology are expected to provide new experiences and knowledge for students. This technology is suitable for anyone, especially Gen Z. They can understand the essence of lessons quickly and more fun.
"We hope that this collaboration can also further promote the Faculty of Engineering Unika Atma Jaya as one of the leading educational institutions that develop AI-based educational content. This program is also carried out to socialize the AI learning content model for high fraud institutions," Gunawan continued.
