The article, written by Brian Morgenstern, lauds former President Trump's commitment to bitcoin, describes him as a bulwark of defense against regulations that could hinder the development of this digital asset.

In a speech delivered at the Libertarian National Convention, Trump Sr. condemned the current government policy that is considered restrictive to crypto. He promised to protect the rights of bitcoin owners to manage their assets independently and oppose the establishment of central bank digital assets (CBDC).

Interestingly, when Trump Jr. argued that his father was the best candidate for Bitcoin, the son of incumbent President Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, was found guilty of three counts of gun abuses on Tuesday. Hunter Biden faces a sentence of up to 25 years and will be sentenced by US District Judge Maryellen Noreika.
