Launching New Feature, Google Sheets Can Set Tables Quickly

JAKARTA Almost everything can be done on Google Sheets, unless you create a table quickly. So far, users of such platforms have to self-adjointly create data blocks because Google doesn't support its features. A shortfall in compiling tables will quickly disappear in the near future. Through the Google Community page, the company says that the latest features of them can simplify the table creation process. "We know that doing recurrent tasks like updating data in spreadsheets can take a long time," Google said. "To help overcome this, we are happy to announce a table on Google Sheets." According to Google's explanation, users can create a table by simply clicking a single button. Users only need to select the range of data they want to turn into a table, tap the format menu, then click the Conversion button to the Table. Once the button is clicked, the entire blocked cell will turn into a table with a filter and a neater format. The table created will immediately split into column types with filter choices, color codes, dropdrown menus, and others. "When you convert data into a table, Sheets automatically apply the format to perfect your data so that all inputs are correctly aligned, thereby reducing the need for manual changes," Google explained.

When the table is made and the column is divided according to its type, users can change the appearance of the column through the dropdrown menu. In addition, Sheets users don't have to bother creating titles because this feature will make it automatically. The name for the column table or header will be adjusted to the table element. If the table content is updated or reduced, the table name can change. Users can also use the built-in formula from the table to set the data. This tablewriter feature has automatically been launched via a fast release domain on May 8 and will end on May 30. This feature will continue to be launched in stages until June and will likely be added to the web site version first.
