Linda says that the X app on TV will feature a trending video algorithm, designed to help users keep up with up-to-date information about popular personalized content with AI support.

In addition, the X application on TV will also allow users to use cross-platform applications. So, what you watch on your phone will be watched live on a wider TV screen.

Not to forget, Linda also mentioned that X TV will display an upgraded and available video search on most of the smart TV. Although there is no official launch date for the app yet, the executive said the app would be available soon.

"Immediately present on most smart TVs. We will continue to inform you. And of course please share your ideas. We built X for our community," the announcement concluded.

The announcement comes a week after Truth Social, a social media platform owned by media company Donald Trump, also announced plans to launch a live TV streaming platform.
