JAKARTA - Samsung Electronics has announced that its game streaming platform, namely Gaming Hub, will come to Galaxy phones in beta in the United States and Canada.

"We continue to listen to the players' communities, and we know that streaming games with cloud technology to mobile platforms provides substantial updates to current app stores for a smoother experience," said Samsung Corporate Vice President Jikhan Jung.

Samsung's cloud platform supports Android's original APK, provides cloud-based solutions, and supports in-game monetization models to suit current game publisher operations.

The Gaming Hub app will also act as a place for users to save downloaded games automatically when added from the Play Store or Galaxy Store.

Samsung introduced Gaming Hub in 2022 as a full game streaming discovery platform that bridges hardware and software for better player experience.

The Samsung Gaming Hub for a larger visual display can be found on certain Samsung Smart TVs, monitors, and Freestyle 2nd Gen projectors.

Many details have not been disclosed, but Samsung notes that the Gaming Hub for mobile phones is currently still in the beta version available with a certain number of games. So, there is a possibility that more games will be added in the future.
