JAKARTA - Meta Platform Inc. is now starting to launch a new feature on Threads, which will allow users to be able to see trending topics on the platform.
Announced directly by Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg in Threads, he said the new feature is still in the testing phase, to a small group in the US.
"Small exams from today's topics are currently on Threads in the US," Zuck wrote in his announcement on Tuesday, February 13.
Nonetheless, Zuckerberg insists that this feature will roll out to more countries in the future. "We will launch it in more countries and languages once we are set," he added.
The way this feature works will probably be similar to the trending topic in X, where users can see what topics or discussions are being discussed a lot.
