Here's How To Delete Instagram Account From Computer Browser

JAKARTA The appearance of Instagram on the computer website is not as good as the app version on mobile phones. However, some users may prefer to use Instagram in a computer browser.

In fact, the appearance of Instagram in the computer browser and in the mobile application is not much different. Therefore, if you are a computer browser Instagram user and want to delete an account, the method is almost the same as the original version of the application.

First, you need to go to the Instagram website and go to the feed page. After that, tap the horizontal three-line icon in the lower left corner of the screen. Alternatively, you can also open the Profile page and select Settings in the upper right corner of the screen.

If the Settings page is open, tap the Account Center until all your accounts are visible on one page. Next, tap your Information and Permission to open three menudrop-downs, one of which displays the Deactivation or Deletion option.

Tap the option, then select the account you want to delete and select a cool action such as Disable or Delete. After that, Instagram will ask you to enter your account password.

After the password is entered, select the reason for deleting the account and confirming for the second time. If all the stages have been passed properly, Instagram will provide details from the account you want to delete and the account will be deleted afterwards.

Just like deleting an account in a mobile application, Meta takes 30 days to delete an account. For a month, all content will be saved, but other Instagram users can't find an account anymore.
