DANA Digital Wallet Records User Growth Of 23 Percent In 2023

JAKARTA - Focus on becoming a digital wallet of user confidence, during 2023, DANA noted that the number of users reached 170 million, an increase of 23 percent from the previous year.

Not only users, but DANA also noted the growth of QRIS transactions which reached 272 percent, compared to the previous year in 2022.

"We recorded a significant growth in QRIS transactions in the year from 2022 to 2023, reaching 272 percent. Meanwhile, the Money Send feature also experienced a growth of 147 percent in 2023," said VP Product of DANA Indonesia, Adri happenedal on Tuesday, January 30.

This positive growth shows a high level of adoption of digital financial payments and services services by the public, as well as user confidence in DANA's digital wallet.
