Google Messages Alami Bug, Message Reply Option From Notification Disappears

JAKARTA Some Google Messages users say that there is a problem with their application. From several reports, it was noted that this problem was related to the appearance of the notification.

Launching from 9to5google, a number of Reddit users complained that they could not reply to messages directly from the notification. In fact, this look is very useful when they are lazy to open the app.

Supposedly, Google Messages notifications display three options, namely Mark Has Been Read, Reply, and Remind 1 Hour. These three options will appear in pop-upnotification, just below messages sent by other users.

However, due to the fitness experienced by some users, Google Messages only displays the Mark Has Been Read option. Options to Reply and Remind 1 Again don't appear even if they have opened the app and closed it again.

As a result of this fitness, users have to tap on the notification and reply directly in the chat. This is indeed a hassle for users who are busy doing activities, so it is not surprising that various complaints appear on Reddit.

Although Google has not confirmed the existence of a bug, it seems that this problem is caused by an error in the application. The reason is, Google cannot possibly delete simple and very useful features in their Rich Communication Services (RCS) service.

So far, some of the reports appearing on Reddit come from Pixel users. Although not all Pixel users feel this problem, Google must immediately address the issue so that the user experience is not disturbed.
