JAKARTA Exactly a year ago, Instagram released the Notes or Note feature for the first time. This feature gets a lot of reactions from the public and the majority of users like it.

As a form of one-year celebration of the emergence of the Note feature, Instagram Chief Adam Mosseri announced that his company has added new features to Notes, from new ways of making Notes to responding to Friends' Notes.

Starting Friday, December 15, Notes can be used to upload short videos. In addition, Instagram users can also reply to notes made by friends using audio, photos, and videos.

We have some new features. Now you can record and post repetitive short videos to your notes, and now you can reply to friends' records using audio, photos, videos, GIFs, and stickers," Mosseri said in her own roadcast channel.

According to Mosseri, this new feature can help many users to be more expressive when interacting with other users. If previously the Note feature was only limited to text and music, now users can share their daily activities via video.

Usually, the launch of this feature has not been evenly distributed for one reason or another. However, VOI has seen the presence of this feature on Instagram. This means that all users in Indonesia can use all these new features.

Meta has been testing this new feature since last November. At that time, Mosseri announced that Notes would have a new feature to respond to other people's Notes. After waiting for a month, this feature was finally officially released.
