SAP Launches A Number Of New Generative AI Innovations For Developers

JAKARTA - In the midst of the rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, SAP SE introduced a number of innovations aimed at developers from improving their business in this artificial intelligence era.

"The innovations that we launched on SAP TechEd, ranging from pro-code tools that are integrated with AI to one-stop shops to create generating AI extensions and applications on the SAP Business Technology Platform," said Juergen Mueller, Chief Technology Officer and members of the SAP SE Executive Board in the Post-TechEd APJ Briefing on Wednesday, November 8.

But not only that, the SAP also announced several other Generative AI tools for developers, including:

SAP Build Code

The SAP Build Code is a solution that will simplify cooperation with business experts who offer AI-based productivity features for developers, and have been optimized for Java and JavaScript development.

In addition, the SAP Build Code also utilizes the power of the new generative AI autopilot SAP, Joule, copilot who really understands businesses to further increase productivity, instill code-making capabilities for data models, application logic, and test script creation.

New Vector Database Feature

This new vector database storage feature is said to be very helpful in increasing the interaction between the Large Language Model (LLM) and important organizational data.

This innovation helps developers provide a very new level of data insight within a secure private framework that uses industry-specific customer data to reduce errors.

AI Foundation

AIsamason is a new one-stop-shop for developers in creating AI, which is used to help increase the impact and efficiency of developers.

The AI Foundation includes all developer needs in creating AI equipment, ranging from ready-to-use AI services and access to top-language models, to vector database capabilities and AI runtimes and lifecycle management.
