JAKARTA - Head of Instagram Adam Mosseri announced the latest update plan from its platform. Mosseri said that Instagram was testing a special button for the verification account.

With this button, Instagram users can see special uploads, both Feed and Reels, from Verified Meta users or have paid blue ticks.

Instagram deliberately made this change to provide wider control for its users. This special button is expected to benefit business people or content creators who use Verified Meta.

We are exploring this as a new control for the public and providing a way for businesses and creators to be found (easy). Let us know if you are interested in using this," Mosseri said through his broadcast.

From the images Mosseri shared, it can be seen that Verified Meta options will be added under Follow and Favorite options. This option can be found when tapping the Instagram logo at the top left of the app.

Mosseri did not explain in detail who the user's target was for the release of this feature. However, it is likely that everyone can access this feature because Mosseri had asked if anyone was interested.

For information, Verified Meta is a new program for Instagram and Facebook to provide a special blue tick for users who want it.
