Apple Has Reduced Prices, Vision Pro Is Still A Expensive Device

"Vision Pro", a joint device from Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR), is planned to be made cheaper by Apple. Quoting from Bolomberg, this technology has actually emerged since last June.

Apple plans to reduce costs on this mixed reality headset device. The reason is, Vision Pro is priced at $3,500 or equivalent to IDR 54 million. Seeing the price, Apple may experience problems in entering the market.

One way that Apple is taking to reduce the price of glasses mixed reality is by cutting its resources. News fromloomberg, Apple diverted staff from developing its glasses.

In addition, Apple will use the screen with lower resolution and processor on the iPhone, not the previously planned Mac processor. Apple will also probably remove the EyeSight feature.

So far, Apple's internals have discussed the price for Vision Pro. This device will be priced from 1,500 US dollars (Rp. 23.5 million) to 2,500 US dollars (Rp. 39 million). This price is certainly still quite expensive and cannot reach all circles.

Apple is working on a second version of Vision Pro. This second generation will be improved in terms of features and use, such as smaller and lighter. Apple also inserts a prescription lens into the device to make it easier for users who have eye problems.

The second generation of Vision Pro will be released at the beginning of next year. Although the time is not clear, early next year Apple means it can refer to the first quarter, January to March.
