The closure of such servers is not surprising for sports titles, although WWE 2K22 will be less than two years old when its online support disappears.

Of course, the WWE 2K23 server is still active, so for those who want to continue playing online, it is advisable to immediately upgrade to WWE 2K23.

WWE 2K22 is currently available for Xbox One, PS4, PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X/S. Launching GamingBolt, this game is the first new game in the series after WWE 2K20 featuring the return of Universe Mode and GM Mode (now called MyGM).

New features like MyFACTION and updated Showcase mode will also help attract fans. More details about the future of the franchise may be announced in the coming months.
