AI-Backed Spotify DJ Features Now Available In More Countries

JAKARTA - Spotify expands the availability of Spotify DJ features supported by AI technology, to more countries, including in Europe, Asia, and Africa.

DJ is an AI-supported feature that allows Spotify to automatically and personalize to choose what to play for you, which definitely suits your musical tastes.

"Starting today, Spotify Premium users in the European, Asian and African markets, as well as those in Australia and New Zealand, can access DJs in English versions of apps," the company wrote in an announcement on its official website.

Spotify also revealed that since its first launch in February, DJ has become the most discussed Spotify feature on social media among users.

"In essence, DJs are about connections and discoveries. DJs are a powerful combination of our personalization technology, AI is a generative in the hands of our music experts, and dynamic AI voices allow listening to feel more personal, and fans keep coming back for more," he added.

If you don't like the music collected by DJs, you just need to tap the DJ button at the bottom right of the screen to find a different genre, artist, or mood.

Since DJs are still in beta, Spotify will continue to innovate to develop experiences over time, and launch to more users around the world.
