YouTube introduced six new features to make Shorts short video content easier and more fun. Let's put on a new feature youtube shorts!

Launching from ANTARA, Shorts short video products were first introduced around 2021 and have now attracted more than two billion monthly users.

Through the official blog, YouTube announced six new features that are ready to launch in the next few weeks, one of which is the feature of converting horizontal videos into vertical Shorts videos.

The six new features, which allow content creator Shorts to adjust the layout, enlarge, and crop the selected video segment and offer split screen effects, are being tested.

The feature of converting horizontal videos into vertical videos allows users to maintain important parts of their longer videos.

Furthermore, there is also the Collab feature, a feature that allows creators to record Shorts videos in a side-by-side format with YouTube videos or other Shorts.

The feature offers various layout options, such as vertical or horizontal split screen settings, so users can more comfortably adjust their needs.

The third feature is the Q&A sticker, with that feature creators can interact with the audience by asking questions and receiving responses in the comments section. That would be a fun new way to interact for creators and their customers.

YouTube also provides the Live Streaming feature, now creators can broadcast live and share experiences with their customers through vertical videos such as Shorts.

The feature is being tested and live broadcast creators will be visible in the Shorts feed section. Spectators that are part of the test can glimpse vertical live videos combined into the Shorts feed.

For the fifth feature, YouTube provides Suggestions that allow creators to find ideas of creating content from other creators using the desired audio or similar effects.

With the Suggestions, from the Shorts screen, the creator can use the "Remix" option and after that select "Use Sound". Automatically the creator will be able to use audio like other Shorts.

The last feature is the Playlist feature, now to find inspiration for Shorts users, you can also create playlists and save these inspiring Shorts. Thus, creators and other users can collect videos with the effects or music they want to use for Shorts videos in the future.

Currently, the six features are still being tested for users of Android and iOS devices. It is not yet known whether the feature can be used on devices other than smart phones.
