Using The Helio G80, Vivo Y20G Sells For IDR 2.8 Million In India

JAKARTA - Vivo continues to launch its newest smartphones. After the Vivo Y12s which was announced last week in India, it is now the turn for the Vivo Y20G to be released in that country.

The launch of the Vivo Y20G is the sixth cellphone in the Vivo Y20 line of smartphones, which consists of Vivo Y20, Vivo Y20i, Vivo Y20s, Vivo Y20 2021, and Vivo Y20A.

Unlike the previous model, this new device carries a much more powerful chipset but the design and other specifications remain the same.

The recently launched Vivo Y20G has an IPS LCD panel measuring 6.51 inches with HD + resolution of 720x1600 pixels, 20: 9 aspect ratio, and dew-drop bangs. As far as the dimensions are concerned, the device measures 164.41 76.32, 8.41mm and weighs 192.3 grams.

Furthermore, the phone is powered by the MediaTek Helio G80 chipset which is paired with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. The storage space can be expanded via microSD up to 1TB.

Talk about the camera. This phone comes with a triple camera setup which consists of a 13MP main camera, 2MP macro camera, and 2MP depth sensor. While on the front, there is an 8MP selfie camera nestled in the bangs of the screen.

In terms of connectivity, Vivo Y20G comes with dual-SIM, 4G, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GNSS (GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, Galileo), a 3.5mm audio jack, and a microUSB port.

Other features include a side fingerprint sensor, accelerometer, ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, compass and gyroscope. The phone is powered by a 5,000 mAh battery with 18W fast charging support.

Finally, the Vivo Y20G comes in two colors, namely Obsidian Black and Purist Blue. As mentioned above, the Vivo Y20G comes in a single 6GB / 128GB storage configuration for a price tag of Rs. 14,990 (IDR 2.8 million).
