MLS Streaming Service On Apple TV Without Blackout, Unfortunately, I Can't 4K

The Premier League Soccer competition season will start on February 25. For those who hope Apple and MLS streaming services will broadcast matches in 4K resolution, there is bad news. According to a press release from MLS (via Engadget), the maximum broadcast quality of the match only reached a resolution of 1080p.

"We shouldn't expect anything more, because the Major LeagueAME on Apple TV Plus also only peaked at 1080p. However, for many sports fans who have been waiting for a sporting event that can be broadcasted real with 4K resolutions - like this year's Super Bowl which is upscaled to 4K - MLS Season Pass streaming service is not a place to see it.

Even so, for football fans, the MLS Season Pass seems to be getting quite an interesting offer. You will be able to watch every regular-season game in person, playoffs, and Leagues Cup matches without blackouts. There will also be a program before and after matches as well as a crop-around event such as the NFL RedZone called "MLS 360" to help you capture big moments without having to move between matches.

You can sign up for MLS Season Pass now on the Apple TV app ahead of the start of the season. This service costs $14.99 per month during the season or US$99 per season, and if you are a subscriber of Apple TV Plus, you can register at a lower price of 12.99 US dollars per month or US$79 per season.

This year will be the start of a 10-year deal between Apple and Major League Soccer. The two sides will not forget the deal, because the Apple TV logo is now on all the club uniforms.
