RAW images are images that have not been processed, larger in size and display images taken directly from the sensor.
Images are not polished or processed by camera applications unlike ordinary photos. Currently, RAW images taken in Pixel, Samsung, or other Android phones make RAW files that are not backed into the cloud.
The reason is quite simple, because the image size is larger and will take up more cloud storage space than ordinary photos. Since this image is not stored in the cloud, the image will not appear in the main feed of the Google Photos app.
