1. Press Shift + command + G in a Finder window.

2. Then, when “Go to Folder” appears type the following command: ~ / Library / Caches in the search box.

3. Press the “Go” button and a folder containing cache will appear.

4. After that, you can browse each folder and manually delete specific caches by dragging them to the trash.

For the record, the cache on the system does not use as much space as the cache for user or application data. Usually, these cache files are generated by the Mac operating system.
