JAKARTA - The Google Play Store is Google's application library which is the place to find the most complete applications and games for Android users.

Google has long released a tool for parents that is used to control the payment of children's app purchases on the play store using the family payment method.

This family payment method allows family organizers to share a common form of payment with the rest of their family on different Android devices.

If you choose to share your family payment method with children under 13, you also have control over whether to approve or reject any purchases they make.

Furthermore, if any family member uses the family payment method, you can easily view all transactions together in your Google Play order history.

Now, Google is introducing a new tool for family payments, namely Purchase Requests. So kids can request approval for paid apps and in-app purchases when the family hasn't set up a payment method.

Once the family organizer gets the request via notification, they can use their own payment method, to approve the request and make the purchase.

The family organizer will receive notifications for these purchase requests in real time, but you may also see them in your queue of approval requests to decide on later.

As with the family payment method, transactions completed through Purchase Requests will all be available in your Order History.
