JAKARTA - Publisher Microids shared a gameplay from the XIII remake that will come to Nintendo Switch on September 13. Along with the announcement of its release for Nintendo, the publisher also revealed that there will be a free update for owners of the XIII remake on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.

"XIII is a remake of the iconic cel-shaded FPS from 2003. Following its release on PS4, Xbox One and PC in November 2020, the game will launch on Nintendo Switch on September 13, 2022," the publisher said in the video's caption.

XIII is a first-person shooter video game developed by Maltese studio PlayMagic Ltd., and published by Microid. The game was first released for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on November 10, 2020. The game is a remake of the 2003 video game of the same name.

Launching GamingBolt, XIII development is being handled by studio Tower Five. In addition to working on a major update for PS4, Xbox One, and PC, the studio is working on a Switch Port.

In a later update, XIII on PS4, Xbox One, and PC will get an online multiplayer mode in the update. The multiplayer mode will let you play with up to 13 players. The update will also bring with it game performance improvements.
