JAKARTA - The MASA Singapore series continues after holding activations at Takashimaya and Gardens by the Bay the previous week. MASA Sound: The Symphony of the Creative Movement takes place at Glassdome, Landmark of Good, on July 12, 2026 as a culminating night celebrating Indonesian music, collaboration, and creativity to the international stage.

This event is a space for diplomacy of creativity through music between Indonesia and Singapore bringing together governments, industry players, and musicians across generations and regions on one stage to introduce a new face of Indonesian music to the world.

A number of musicians participated and showcased the diversity of Indonesian music with their own uniqueness. They include:

MARBLES, an Indonesian girl group that is on the rise, made their international debut with an appearance that blends modern pop with local identity.

The opening night was opened with songs with themes of unity and nationality.

President Tidore and Alan Darmawan, musicians from Ternate, North Maluku, present an exploration of jazz, rock, dangdut, and traditional music that represents the richness of East Indonesia.

Lullaboy (Bernard Dinata), a singer-songwriter of Indonesian descent from Singapore, performed pop works that have become widely known in Southeast Asia.

Matter Mos, one of the figures in the Indonesian Arabian hip-hop genre, presents an appearance with reflective lyrics and a strong urban music character.

Ican Harem (Future Loundry) closed the night through a multidisciplinary performance that combines music, visual art, and contemporary culture.

"MASA SOUND is a new stage and a new audience for Indonesian music. Each musician in this line-up brings their own piece of home, and brings that energy to Singapore. Complete with international debuts as well as voices from East Indonesia and the new generation of Indonesian music, a historic moment for Indonesian music," said Satriya Gunirta, Creative Director, MASA SINGAPORE 2026 in a written statement.

"MASA is a celebration of every Indonesian achievement. A space where creativity, diversity, and various stories meet to show what we can achieve when we move forward together. As MARBLES, we are proud to be part of the reminder that every small victory is worth celebrating," said MARBLES.

MASA Singapore 2026 is supported by Astra and is the result of collaboration between the government, industry, media, transportation, tourism, and creative economic actors. This collaboration reflects the spirit of mutual cooperation in strengthening Indonesia's position on the global creative stage.
