Another rather hidden feature of Google Drive is worth checking out, as it lets you easily move files from one place to another or make copies of them in a shared folder.
You simply select the file you want to cut or copy, then press Ctrl + X (cut) or Ctrl + C (copy) for Windows. Or press Command + X (cut) and Command + C (copy) for Mac. You will see a short message at the bottom left of the window if you have successfully cut or copied the file.
