US Beer Company Creates NFT, Offering Owners A Rare Experience

JAKARTA – United States (US) beer company Goose Island has released its newest non-fungible token (NFT) to commemorate the company's 30th anniversary. This new NFT will offer its owner a rare experience.

Beer company Goose Island released 2,022 NFT to commemorate the company's 30th anniversary and entry into the Web3 space. The launch of the company's website was inspired by the Bourbon County Stout brewing process.

Gear Patrol, the definitive guide company for men, calls this drop the “Supreme Drop” of the beer world. The Goose Island collection itself was released on Friday, May 13th. Meanwhile, early access opens early for the lucky few.

This NFT will be divided into three levels, namely Select (1992 pieces), Reserve (29 pieces), and 24k Gold Edition (1/1). However, buyers cannot choose their tier. Therefore, all levels will be sold for 399 US dollars or around IDR 5.8 million per piece plus tax.

So that the entire Goose Island Beer community can have this NFT, the company will allow the use of credit cards. Meanwhile, others can choose to use Bitcoin, Ethereum, or USDC.

Each tier of NFT will unlock different access and benefits. Select tier holders will receive a Goose Island Bourbon County Stout Tap holder in the Goose Island vault.

Owners will also receive a used barrel stick and a limited edition snifter. Additionally, Reserve holders will get a branded digital frame to display their NFT as well as a second-hand special barrel head.

At the top, NFT 24k Gold Edition owners will get a VIP barrel display rack with a 2022 BCS bottle. In addition, users will also have access to an exclusive vintage version of Bourbon County with Goose Island beer company.
