Anthony Joshua Turns On The Feud With Tyson Fury

JAKARTA Two-time world heavyweight champion from England, Anthony Joshua, revived a feud with compatriot Tyson Fury while hinting that he would soon return to the boxing ring.

Joshua, 35, hasn't boxed since suffering a loss against Daniel Dubois in September last year as he needs a recovery from elbow surgery.

However, in a recent post on Instagram social media, the Watford-born boxer gave a bright spot regarding plans to return to the ring while warning Fury.

"To my supporters, I will return to wearing shoes and wearing my gloves as soon as possible, hopefully I can punch Fury in the head," Joshua wrote.

The post above is actually a continuation of the praise he gave to Joshua Parker and Fabio Wardley, who will fight for the WBO interm title on October 25, 2025.

Joshua said that Parker is indeed a true fighter who is ready to fight anyone in contrast to Fury, who until now has not agreed to their duel.

"I am proud of Joe Parker even though he is a competitor. He is ready to fight anyone, whenever, and that is the DNA of a true fighter. Unlike his stupid compatriot, Tyson Fury," said Joshua.

The plan to bring Joshua and Fury together in the ring has been repeatedly discussed. However, the clash between the two big names from England has not yet materialized.

Joshua is expected to return to boxing early next year and will aim for a big summer fight against Tyson Fury. The duel is still the main target he is after.

Joshua is currently in negotiations to fight Jake Paul. However, the duel is likely to be raised because Paul is scheduled to clash with Gervonta Davis on November 14, 2025.
