JAKARTA - Light heavyweight boxer Dmitry Bivol retaliated for defeat by winning an absolute number victory over Artur Beterbiev in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Sunday WIB.
"I am very happy. I am not too depressed as before. I just want to work from the first round until the end of the 12th round," said Dmitry Bivol after the match as reported by the MMA Fighting page which was monitored in Jakarta, Sunday.
In an almost opposite way from the first meeting, Bivol faced aggressive Beterbiev at the start of the match. However, he later found his rhythm and began punishing Beterbiev with hard and fast punches in a row.

Meanwhile, for Beterbiev, this match was better than their previous meeting, although he had to admit defeat.
"I don't want to talk about the decision. Congratulations to Bivol," said Beterbiev.
He said this fight was better than the first fight but he had to admit defeat. He was open to a third fight.
"We will have a third fight if necessary," he said.
