The Indonesian Women's National Team Gets Important Lessons Against The Reds Ladies

The Indonesian Women's National Team tried to fight the Urawa Reds Diamond Ladies (doc. PSSI).

JAKARTA - The Indonesian Women's National Team is conducting a training camp (TC) in Japan since September 25, 2024.

The Reds Diamonds Ladies Urrawa faced by the Indonesian Women's National Team is the Japanese Women's League champion, WE League, in the last two seasons.

A number of their players have experience strengthening the Japan Women's National Team, which is currently ranked eighth in the world, such as Fuka Tsunoda, Yuika Sugasawa, and Sakiko Ikeda.

Mochizuki hopes that there will be many important lessons after fighting a quality team like that.

"They can learn directly and that is very good for their future development. We need to improve passing and control. Not that we can't, but the quality is still much different," said the coach.

Facing the Urawa Reds is one of a total of seven test matches that will be played by the Indonesian Women's National Team during the TC in Japan.
