Chelsea Midfielder Enzo Fernandez Gets 6 Months Driving Ban

JAKARTA - Chelsea midfielder Enzo Fernandez has been banned for six months for traffic offenses in Wales.

The 23-year-old was not present in court to be sentenced on Wednesday, September 12, 2024, local time.

He was found guilty earlier this year on two counts related to his Porsche Cayenne-type car.

The car was caught on camera running a red light in Llanelli City in November 2023 and speeding up in Swansea in December 2023.

The problem is, Fernandez was not proven to be a driver when his car was caught violating the traffic.

However, the Wales police are still cracking down on Fernandez because the car is registered in his name.

According to ESPN, because it was not proven as a driver in the violation case, Fernandez did not respond to requests for trial from the police.

In addition, the midfielder was also ordered to pay a fine and a fee of 3,020 pounds. However, until now there has been no response from Fernandez.
