Billy Pasulatan Versus Aditya Ginting Jadi Sajian Utama One Pride MMA 81

JAKARTA The duel between mixed martial arts (MMA) fighter Billy Pasulatan against Aditya Ginting will be the main dish of the One Pride MMA 81 event.

The two of them will board the ring for the interim title of the 56 kilogram flyweight division. Their fight will take place at Hall A, Senayan, Jakarta, on Saturday, August 24, 2024.

"I am sure this will be one of the most interesting fights," said the General Chairperson of KOBI, Ardiansyah Bakrie, at a press conference at The Convergence Indonesia, Epicentrum, Jakarta, Tuesday, August 20, 2024, afternoon WIB.

Billy was previously a 52 kilograms strawweight champion. In the division, he even holds the title of two eternal champions.

To be able to hold that title, a fighter must defend his belt more than three times. This means that he has twice managed to record this achievement.

Thanks to this success, Ginting then asked to move up to 56 kilograms of class. The belt holder in this class is Suwardi who is currently injured.

"For that, we held an interim title where both (Billy and Aditya) fought. I'm sure they both didn't hand over the results to the jury. One of them will have a knock-out (KO) in the five rounds," said Ardi.

Aditya is confident enough to stop his opponent with the strategies and preparations that have been made so far.

"The training is already hard, it's just a matter of application above the octagon. For the opponent, we will definitely observe the advantages and disadvantages. I'm sure we won because my experience was much better," he said.

For three years, Billy Pasulan has also undergone attacks on thorough preparation and is ready to beat back his opponent with a head kick attack which was viral when he made KO Brando Mana in the One Pride arena.

"I prepared everything, but I won't leak it here. What is clear is that you will feel the dragon tail kick later. Will you sleep later, will you?" said Billy.

One Pride MMA 81 will also be enlivened by duels between celebrities. The party will bring together Emperor Kumis against his opponent Ferdian Palaka.
