Maurice Revello Tournament 2024: Indonesia U-20 Defeats 1-4 From Japan

JAKARTA - The Indonesian national team lost 1-4 in the third match of Maurce Revello Tournament 2024 or Toulon Cup against Japan U-19 at Stade Parsemain, France, Saturday, June 8, 2024.

Japan U-19 did dominate the game. They packed a total of 63 percent possession and managed to release 23 shots, 10 of which were on target.

The statistics are far from what Indonesia U-20 has, which only shot three times, two of which led to the goal.

Japan U-19 had opened the scoring in the seventh minute through Soma Kanda's header after taking advantage of a corner.
