Indonesia Open 2024: List 9 Indonesian Representatives Qualify For The Second Round

The men's doubles pair Hendra Setiawan/Mohammad Ahsan stepped into the second round of the Indonesia Open 2204 (doc. PBSI).

JAKARTA Nine Indonesian representatives successfully passed the first round of the Indonesia Open 2024.

The first round of the BWF Super 1000 level event will be completed on Wednesday, June 5, 2024 at Istora, Senayan, Jakarta.

The only sector that is certain to have no representatives in the second half is the men's singles number. The three representatives who dropped from this number all fell at the beginning.

Jonathan Christie, as the last representative of the men's singles, lost the first competitive meeting with a single Malaysian, Leong Jun Hao.

Then, the men's doubles have the most representatives of the four numbers who get tickets to the round of 16 of the tournament.

The sector still has four representatives, namely Hendra Setiawan/Mohammad Ahsan, Bagas Maulana/Muhammad Shohibul Fikri, Leo Rolly Carnando/Daniel Marthin, and Sabar Karyaman Gutama/Moh Reza Pahlevi Isfahani.

The next positions are women's singles and mixed doubles. Both of these numbers still have two remaining representatives.

Finally, the women's doubles sector has the only pair that still survives, namely Apriyani Rahayu/Siti Fadia Silva Ramadhanti.
