Bayer Leverkusen removed the 'neverkusen' stigma after winning the German Bundesliga title after defeating Werder Bremen 5-0 at BayArena Stadium, Sunday, April 14, 2024 evening WIB. Leverkusen was unbeaten when he won the league title for the first time in the club's history.

Leverkusen's long wait ended already. Exactly 120 years or more than a century old, Leverkusen was only able to win the Bundesliga trophy.
