JAKARTA - The Ferrari team showed its dominance in the Australian GP series at the Melbourne Grand Prix circuit, Sunday, April 24. A total of two riders, namely Carlos Sainz Jr and Charles Leclerc on the podium.

Carlos Sainz was ranked first, while Charles Leclerc was in second place, while third place was filled with McLaren's Lando Norris racer, according to F1. Sainz recorded a time of 1:20:26,863 to complete 58 laps, 2.366 detim clashes with Leclerc and 5.904 seconds from Norris.

Thanks to this victory, Sainz moved up to fourth in the standings with a total of 40 points from three races, Leclerc moved up to second place with 47 and Norris in sixth place with 27 points.

Meanwhile, Max Verstappen's previous two series winners failed to finish the race because there was a problem with the brakes. Apart from Verstappen, the Mercedes duo also failed to finish the race, as George Russell had an accident, while Lewis Hamilton encountered problems with his vehicle.

Despite failing to finish the race in this series, Verstappen remains in first place in the standings with 51 points from the three series that have been passed. Furthermore, F1 will hold a fourth series with the Japanese GP title on the 67ka International Racing Course circuit, suzuka, Japan, April 5-7, 2024.
