Jay Idzes And Pratama Arhan's Appearance When The Indonesian National Team Beat Vietnam Get Praise

Pratama Arhan contributed to the Indonesian national team's single goal against Vietnam (VOI/Ferry Tri Adi).

Jay Idzes was finally able to make his debut with the Indonesian national team. His first appearance bore fruit when the Garuda Squad beat Vietnam 1-0 in the 2026 Asian Zone World Cup Qualification match at the Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium, Thursday, March 21, 2024.

Jay's performance immediately stole the show. He became a strong bulwark of defense when he had a duet with Rizky Ridho.

In fact, Jay appeared full. One of his very calm actions when dealing with Vietnamese strikers received boisterous applause from supporters at SUGBK.

One of the players who praised Jay Idzes was senior player Marc Klok.

"Congratulations my friend for your debut. Good game," said Klok on his personal Instagram showing a photo of himself hugging Jay Idzes.

Apart from Jay, Pratama Arhan's game also received praise. Even though he was included as a substitute in the second half, the left-back contributed to the only goal of winning the Indonesian national team.

The loop into Arhan was the beginning of Egy Maulana Vikri's goal in the 82nd minute.

"Change the game! Very good, Mr. Trademark," wrote Klok again praising Arhan.

Pratama Arhan entered to replace Nathan Tjoe-A-On who is also dusty with the Indonesian national team after the naturalization was completed.
