Ragnar Oratmangoen Ambitious To Reach The World Cup With The Indonesian National Team

JAKARTA - Ragnar Oratmangoen officially became an Indonesian citizen (WNI) on Monday, March 18, 2024.

He finished taking the oath and pledge of allegiance to the citizens of the Republic of Indonesia at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham) DKI Jakarta.

Ragnar admits that he is happy that his naturalization is complete. He can't wait to be in the Indonesian national team uniform and has ambitions to appear in the World Cup.

"I am very happy. I took the oath and it really happened. I want to achieve the World Cup of course (with the Indonesian national team). Can help the team inhabited by young players," said Ragnar Oratmangoen.

The striker, who was loaned to Fortuna Sittard from FC Groningen, took an oath and pledge of allegiance to the citizens of the Republic of Indonesia with Thom Haye. He arrived in the country on Monday (18/3/2024) afternoon.

Ragnar Oratmangoen has been included in the list of Indonesian national team players who will be brought by Shin Tae-yong to play two matches against Vietnam in the 2026 World Cup Qualification in the Asian Zone.
